Due to COVID-19, our lobby is closed until further notice.  We are providing curbside service.  In order to better serve your needs, please follow these procedures.  Upon arrival, call the office 596-0940, state your name and type of vehicle driven. A technician will acquire information needed for appointment.  Please maintain appropriate social distancing measures when interacting with staff members.  You will remain in your vehicle during the appointment.  A Doctor will contact you with exam findings and treatment plans.  You can then pay over the phone.  We are asking if you need to bring any new paperwork, please email that to us before the appointment.
